I recomend that you try a greasy bird, such as goose or duck. You MUST eat it with dumplings and sauerkruart and lots of grease from the bird. Most people find this meal disgusting, but I love it. The bird and the sauerkruart can be found at your local supermarket, however the dumplings must be made by hand. Old wrinkely squishy potatoes work the best. Peal them, grind them to a pulp, and add flour. Stir vigourously!! Drop them by spoonfuls into a pot of boiling water. Take them out when they float. For more information…shoot me a message.
Serving Instructions:
Start with a nice hunk of cooked bird on your plate.
Nestle a scoop of sauerkruart and a scoop of dumplings on top.
Generously laddle greese ALL OVER the food. Drench it good!!
Make sure in each spoonful that goes into your mouth, you have a bit of bird, sauerkruart, and dumpling smothered in greese.
ENJOY!!
The End

The gel really was repulsive. I actually tried it. It was way to rubbery. Making me queasy thinking about it. I will give it this though, it smelled wonderful! (If you like meatloaf that is)

I say you need to find some one who can do a nice (ok I can not spell it but you will know it) S car go. Snails I loved them but only when cooked by some one who knows what they are doing.

I suggest you eat cow tongue. I have had it in authentic Mexican restaurants in tacos. I think they stew it for many hours along with some good spices to get the tongue really tender and serve it with onions and cilantro. I think it has really good flavor: very beefy. All my friends think I was dropped on the head as a baby because I like it.

You need to try headcheese from cajun country - it is nothing like what you ate and is VERY tasty.
